PMO Associate Business Analyst – Sao Paulo

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a proactive PMO Associate Business Analyst to support its delivery teams in Sao Paulo. The role will assist project managers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring schedules, risks and communications are well‑managed.

Key responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, execution, monitoring and closure of projects.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, KPIs, meeting minutes and executive presentations.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and governance routines, documenting outcomes and follow‑ups.
• Track project financials, budgets and forecasts where applicable.
• Assist with resource allocation, capacity tracking and change‑management activities.
• Ensure project documentation complies with governance standards.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives for project management processes and tools.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst or similar.
• Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
