Project Analyst I (Language Services)

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is looking for a Project Analyst I to join its Language Services team. The role manages eCOA-related translation projects, mainly by reviewing and validating clinical trial screenshots, and works with global stakeholders and vendors to ensure the accuracy, quality and compliance of language assets used in patient-facing clinical technologies. It is a 100% home-based position open to candidates in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate screenshots of clinical trial interfaces and data capture tools.
• Manage the planning and delivery of eCOA language services projects in line with regulatory and industry standards.
• Coordinate with translation vendors and language service providers.
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders so projects run smoothly and issues are resolved on time.
• Monitor project timelines, quality and documentation.
• Stay informed on industry trends and technology advances relevant to screenshot validation and eCOA tools.
• Carry out additional project-related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in eCOA/translation project management, localization or clinical research.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent English, with knowledge of other languages an asset.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage several priorities.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
• Experience with linguistic validation and Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs) preferred.
