Salesforce Solution Architect - Contracting Technologies

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect focused on Contracting Technologies in São Paulo. The role leads the design, development and implementation of Contracting solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on CLM, and acts as the chief technology expert for several applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of Contracting solutions on Salesforce, with a focus on CLM
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints aligned with business goals and technology standards
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct solution architecture reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Integrate Salesforce-based Contracting applications with other enterprise systems and third-party applications
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and Contracting technology trends
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Contracting solutions on Salesforce
• Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce and Contracting best practices
• Oversee the architecture needs of TPA, AMA, MyCDA, CLM and DocuSign, and act as the chief technology expert for these applications

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Salesforce and Contracting technologies, including CLM
• Strong understanding of Contracting processes and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect) are a plus
