SAP Data Specialist - Informatica Power Center

About the role

FBS, part of Farmers' operations, is recruiting an SAP Data Specialist through its partner Capgemini, which acts as Employer of Record. The specialist bridges raw data and business operations by managing, extracting and interpreting data within SAP environments to optimise performance, ensure data integrity and support executive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on the design and functionality of business applications and review and validate their technical designs against business requirements.
• Perform quality reviews of project deliverables, validate supplier estimates and carry out impact analysis of application changes.
• Support implementation activities, troubleshoot system environmental issues and provide training.
• Maintain, audit and update system master data across cross-functional enterprise systems.
• Investigate system anomalies, data drift and data quality issues and implement fixes.
• Work with business stakeholders on testing and day-to-day support.

Required profile

• 5 years of experience working with Informatica Power Center for data integration.
• Experience working with DB2.
• Experience supporting an environment with Finance and Accounting data.
• Nice to have: experience with Snowflake integration and AWS Glue.
• Nice to have: 5+ years of ETL work in an SAP environment and interfacing data from many disparate systems into an SAP (S/4) Finance system.

Required skills

• Deep proficiency in SQL.
• Informatica Power Center and DB2.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication and project management abilities.
