SAP FI Consultant – São Paulo, Brazil

About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant to join its São Paulo delivery team. The role focuses on designing, implementing and optimizing SAP Record-to-Report solutions for Brazilian clients, ensuring alignment with local tax and accounting regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current finance and accounting processes and gather detailed business requirements.
• Conduct workshops with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax and Shared Service Center teams.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between requirements and SAP standard functionalities.
• Design end-to-end financial processes within SAP, including organizational structures such as company codes, profit centers and credit control areas.
• Configure and optimise modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cash Management, Electronic Bank Statements and Financial Closing.
• Recommend SAP best practices and drive continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• 7-10 years of SAP FI consulting experience, with at least two full-lifecycle implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Deep knowledge of Brazil localisation, tax reform and related compliance.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, design business processes and define solutions.
• Experience in global, complex transformation projects and AMS support.
• SAP FI and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is a strong advantage.
