SAP Sales and Distribution Business Analyst

About the role

IQVIA is looking for an SAP Sales and Distribution Business Analyst in São Paulo. The role builds SAP ERP solutions supporting Sales and Service functions, including Order to Cash, Sales & Distribution, PS, MM, AR, FICO, reporting and master data management. It involves working with project teams, team leaders, delivery leads and client stakeholders, and collaborating with colleagues across different time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Create SD (Order to Cash) solutions powered by SAP tools with project teams and client stakeholders.
• Help implement regulatory solutions such as e-Invoicing in countries such as France, Spain, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.
• Support bank integration for AR and AP modules.
• Act as subject matter expert, translating project requirements into features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Take part in sprint planning and manage the SAP team backlog, keeping it up to date with user stories, bug fixes and other items.
• Gather requirements, collect feedback and give regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong technical background with good communication, presentation, time management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• At least 5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects as an SAP Consultant.

Required skills

• Full proficiency in SD: enterprise structure, master data, sales orders and integration with systems such as SFDC, Coupa, Concur, Ariba and Mulesoft.
• Expertise in sales documents (header, item, contracts).
• Knowledge of pricing (condition tables, condition types, access sequences, pricing procedures, condition records).
• Order management: inquiries, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, billing, invoicing, credit and debit memos, and SAP LE configuration.
