Senior Copilot Studio Developer

About the role

FBS (Farmer Business Services), a talent-recruitment arm of Farmers, is hiring a Senior Copilot Studio Developer through its partner Capgemini, which acts as Employer of Record. The role supports the design, development and deployment of AI-driven solutions, mainly Microsoft Copilot Studio agent development, working closely with senior architects and platform teams to build intelligent agents, automate business processes and integrate AI across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain products and services across cloud platforms, following architectural patterns, governance and security standards
• Evaluate business needs, define functional requirements and technical specifications, and deliver secure updates and enhancements
• Review architectural designs and assess the production readiness of new cloud services
• Define and track operational metrics for performance, reliability, scalability and availability
• Create and maintain runbooks/playbooks and support cloud documentation independently
• Build and maintain complex, scalable automation pipelines using Infrastructure as Code
• Troubleshoot issues by analysing logs and data, opening service requests and working with vendors and partners
• Monitor performance and capacity metrics and plan for long-term trends

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Copilot Studio agents in a professional role
• 5+ years of experience with Power Automate (flows, triggers, actions, conditions, approvals, error handling, connectors)
• 5+ years of Power Platform fundamentals: environments, solutions, connectors, authentication and governance
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and Agent 360 or other AI agents
• Experience with Azure, SharePoint/OneDrive and related technologies
• Power BI for data visualisation only
• Strong problem-solving mindset, eagerness to learn AI technologies and clear communication skills
