Senior Designer – Fintech Product Design

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Designer to join a fast‑growing global fintech environment. You will shape financial experiences for businesses worldwide, turning complex workflows into intuitive, high‑quality user interfaces across desktop and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for core financial products, from discovery and research to delivery and post‑launch evaluation.
• Design intuitive solutions for payments, expense management, cross‑border transactions and AI‑powered features.
• Identify UX gaps, improve product consistency and raise overall design quality.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, defining patterns and principles for future development.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, validate concepts with users and champion customer‑centric decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers and marketers to align vision and execution.
• Influence design practices, participate in hiring and help integrate AI tools into the workflow.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with ownership of high‑impact initiatives.
• Proven experience designing for fintech, payments or similarly complex financial services.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem definition, ideation, execution and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward with limited supervision.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience using AI design tools for exploration, prototyping or research synthesis.
• Expertise in building, maintaining and scaling design systems.
