Senior Product Manager, Network Integrations (Americas)

About the role

Gigs builds an operating system for mobile services that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products. The Senior Product Manager for Network Integrations, Americas will take over integrations for the Americas network team and drive the roadmap to bring new carriers into the Gigs platform across the region, helping unlock $100-250M in ARR. The role works hands-on with a dedicated Americas engineering team and in close partnership with the connectivity team.

Key responsibilities

• Start from the user experience: identify what success looks like in a market and how to deliver it using the fragmented, legacy systems carriers provide
• Own the network integration roadmap for the region, balancing new-market expansion, reliability and the long-term platform vision
• Define which platform features each integration can support, mapping provider capabilities onto the platform and scoping the work with engineering
• Assess whether a carrier meets technical and standards criteria, as part of a carrier-fit decision that also considers commercial and strategic factors
• Identify and manage integration risks early, and partner with Connectivity and Engineering to land integrations on time

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in API, platform or integration-heavy systems
• Background in a complex, integration-heavy industry; telecom expertise is not required but quick learning in such domains is valued
• Ability to handle many competing priorities and work in a remote environment
• Based on the US East Coast or able to work consistently on East Coast hours

Required skills

• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• Technical understanding of complex integration projects, able to hold your own with engineers
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and ability to run your own analysis

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to telecommunications, connectivity or network infrastructure
• Experience building 0 to 1 products or working in fast-growing scale-ups
• Remote work experience
