Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, is hiring a Senior Sales Executive in Santo Amaro. The role leads and grows a defined sales portfolio by driving revenue, expanding customer relationships and finding new business opportunities aligned with Greif's strategy. It also acts as a trusted advisor to customers and coaches, guides and supports Junior and Mid-Level Sales Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts using internal tools and conduct customer visits to achieve annual budget targets.
• Identify new business by prospecting, reviewing pricing, optimizing product mix, passing through additional costs and improving payment terms.
• Monitor competitors and gather market intelligence, and present monthly and year-to-date performance to senior management.
• Evaluate and monitor budget achievement through management reports.
• Develop the annual sales budget from historical performance, market trends and risk assessments.
• Manage a customer portfolio with annual revenue of up to BRL 50 million.
• Review pricing quarterly or monthly and prepare bids and quotations under the GPX-based pricing policy.
• Maintain customer relationships by email, phone and on-site visits, and update the CRM weekly.

Required profile

• Completed higher education degree.
• Advanced English, Spanish preferred.
• Availability to travel.
• Team management experience and industrial environment experience are a plus.
