Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

At CreatorIQ, Salesforce is the backbone of our go‑to‑market operations. As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will design, build and maintain Apex, Lightning, Flows and CPQ solutions that power the org, collaborating with a GTM Manager and a Salesforce admin to turn complex business requirements into scalable, well‑tested code.

Key responsibilities

• Own custom development across Salesforce, including Flows, Apex classes, triggers, batch/schedulable/async jobs, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce, writing bulk‑ified, governor‑limit‑safe code.
• Build and extend Salesforce CPQ by configuring product, price and discount rules, quote templates and advanced approvals, and writing Apex for custom CPQ logic.
• Architect for scale by partnering on data model, sharing and security design, and managing build‑vs‑configure trade‑offs.
• Integrate Salesforce with the broader GTM stack using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft, HubSpot and n8n, ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Drive quality through test‑class coverage, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines (Gearset or SFDX/CLI) and production issue troubleshooting.
• Mentor the team on best practices and help admins adopt more technical work.
• Evaluate AI‑assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and MCP tooling to accelerate Apex and LWC development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in a production Sales Cloud environment, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce CPQ, including product, price and discount rules, quote templates and advanced approvals; Billing or Revenue Cloud a plus.
• Strong command of the Salesforce data and security model, governor limits and the ability to choose between custom code and declarative configuration.
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and using middleware for asynchronous Apex patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or CPQ certification (Platform Developer II a strong plus).
• Fluent in headless, CLI‑driven development using Salesforce CLI, SFDX, scratch orgs and the Metadata API.
• Hands‑on with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code and Cursor, and comfortable evaluating MCP‑based tooling.
• Excellent English communication and a collaborative mindset.
