As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter in Talent Search at IQVIA, you will shape the talent acquisition strategy by working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and business leaders. Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build tailored sourcing strategies.
• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements, set expectations and agree on timelines and goals.
• Design and run cost-effective recruiting plans to attract high-quality candidates.
• Create, publish and optimise job postings to maximise visibility.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards and CRM tools to find and engage passive candidates.
• Review applications, run initial interviews and assess candidates' fit.
• Promote diversity hiring and comply with local and regional standards.
• Monitor talent market trends and keep ATS and CRM records up to date.
• Use analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and report results.
• Mentor junior Talent Search team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Proven experience in a Talent Search or recruiter role, preferably in a fast-paced, global organisation.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills and cultural awareness in a diverse hiring environment.
• Excellent organisational, time-management and communication skills.
