Senior Technical Product Owner – Energy Solutions

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner for its Energy sector within the Solutions Center of Excellence. The role will drive the technical strategy for demo environments, translating market needs into prioritized backlogs and ensuring robust, secure, and up‑to‑date Salesforce architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Align demo initiatives with product and industry roadmaps, flagging misalignments early and communicating shifts to stakeholders.
• Prioritize and groom backlog items, define acceptance criteria, and re‑prioritize work as needs change.
• Translate technical details into business value, facilitating structured discussions to extract detailed requirements.
• Maintain industry‑specific demo environments, troubleshoot issues, and map demo assets to customer problems.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Solution Engineering, or Product Management.
• Deep knowledge of the Energy industry and ability to align market trends with technical solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (required) and ability to obtain Agentforce Specialist or Data Cloud certification during ramp‑up.
• Experience managing backlogs and executing sprints in an Agile/Scrum environment (CSM or PSM certified).
