Senior Workday Financials Consultant (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Workday Financials Consultant to join Inallmedia’s Finance Solution Delivery squad on a remote basis from LATAM. The consultant will partner directly with finance, accounting and procurement leaders to configure, support and evolve the Workday Financials ecosystem, delivering scalable, long‑term solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on functional configuration, troubleshooting and daily operational support across multiple Workday Financials modules.
• Act as a technical utility player, prioritising Financial Accounting, Expenses and Business Assets based on evolving business needs.
• Provide production support, resolve tickets promptly and reduce technical backlog for internal finance stakeholders.
• Design and implement sustainable, long‑term technical solutions that enhance platform health.
• Translate complex stakeholder requirements into efficient Workday system configurations.
• Drive platform optimisation, automate core financial workflows and lead strategic improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Workday Financials consulting experience.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
• Alignment with EST ± 2 time zones.
• Fluent English for written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
