SEO & GEO Analyst

About the role

We are a US‑based digital marketing agency serving community financial institutions. As an SEO & GEO Analyst you will own the technical and analytical side of SEO across a portfolio of clients, driving organic growth and ensuring reliable tracking in an AI‑driven search landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organic performance improvements through technical SEO, on‑page optimization, and structured content strategy.
• Build and maintain accurate tracking infrastructure using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Lead GEO implementation to enhance client visibility in AI‑powered search experiences.
• Audit and support Consent Management Platform setups to keep tracking reliable amid evolving privacy regulations.
• Develop repeatable processes and documentation for scalable SEO execution.
• Identify and prioritize ranking, traffic, and conversion opportunities across the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
• Solid technical SEO foundation covering crawl analysis, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and schema.
• Familiarity with Consent Management Platforms and their impact on data collection.
• Systems thinker who can turn one‑off tasks into repeatable, scalable workflows.
