UI/UX Designer - Demo Experiences

About the role

Salesforce is hiring a UI/UX Designer for its Solutions Center of Excellence, working remotely from Brazil or Argentina. The role creates intuitive, high-quality demo experiences and self-service assets that help Solutions Engineers and Sales teams communicate product value. You will partner with a global team supporting 7,000+ Solutions Engineers and Builders across the US, Europe, India and Latin America, covering the full design process from discovery through prototyping, testing and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design interactive demo experiences and self-service assets that tell compelling product stories
• Translate product capabilities, business logic and human + AI workflows into UI designs, wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes
• Apply design thinking to visual assets such as executive presentations and Slack Canvases
• Use usage data, internal feedback and Insights from Solutions Engineers and Product Partners to iterate designs
• Champion usability, accessibility (WCAG) and intuitive user journeys; prototype and test concepts rapidly
• Work with Experience Strategists, Product Managers and Engineering teams, and provide design handoff documentation, specs and UX copy recommendations
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and refine copy for better deliverability

Required profile

• 2-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showing end-to-end design thinking, interactive prototyping and polished UI
• Proven collaboration with developers, product managers and business strategists in fast-paced environments
• Curiosity about emerging technologies, human + AI interaction and agentic workflows
• Preferred: practical experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Runway)
• Preferred: UX writing and product storytelling skills, motion design or video editing with Adobe After Effects or Premiere, knowledge of email marketing, familiarity with the Salesforce platform, and exposure to enterprise verticals such as healthcare, financial services, retail, tech and manufacturing
