English‑Only Recruiter (US Commission) – Remote Brazil

About the role

Plona Partners is seeking an English‑only Recruiter to support its US legal talent network. The position is fully remote, based in Brazil, and combines a base salary with commission for successful placements.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage hiring campaigns on LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Bullhorn.
• Conduct cold‑calling to build a robust pipeline of legal candidates.
• Format candidate resumes to match company templates.
• Prescreen applicants to assess fit for open legal positions.
• Handle 1‑3 open requisitions simultaneously across diverse markets.
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters throughout the interview process.

Required profile

• Fluent in English with advanced reading and writing skills.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Required skills

• LinkedIn recruiting tools.
• ZoomInfo sourcing platform.
• Bullhorn applicant tracking system.

What we offer

• Base salary of R$2,500 per month plus commission (R$1,000 per placement).
