Executive Assistant

About the role
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to enable the executive to use time effectively and interact productively with staff and business partners. This full‑time, on‑site position requires proactive management of a wide range of tasks and the ability to work independently while collaborating with others.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate preparations.
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Maintain records, conduct research, gather information and prepare summaries or reports.
- Follow up on action items, track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Direct and deploy support staff or other resources as needed.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships at all organizational levels, exercising discretion and confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Proactive, eager to learn and capable of initiating and implementing processes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively.
- Professional English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Availability for 4–6 hours of weekend work.
