Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders remotely. You will act as the right‑hand for executives, ensuring their schedules run smoothly, communications are clear, and projects stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential documents.
• Organize meetings, events, and conference calls.
• Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support special projects and monitor deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Anticipate executive needs and provide proactive administrative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
