Sales Enablement Intern – LATAM Program

About the role

Join Salesforce's LATAM Internship Program as a Sales Enablement Intern, supporting the LATAM Enablement organization. You will act as an Enablement Producer, coordinating virtual and in‑person learning sessions and helping shape enablement content for a Business Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute enablement programs, managing attendee registration, learner tracking, and target audience invitations.
• Maintain communication channels, run surveys, analyse results, pull reports and provide insights.
• Collaborate with Enablement Practitioners and Business Partners to ensure effective delivery of sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation date between June 2027 and December 2027.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides or Microsoft Office.
• Analytical ability to derive insights from data; advanced spreadsheet formulas a plus.
• Familiarity with video and image editing tools is a plus.
