Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our fast‑growing e‑commerce platform in Brazil. Based in São Paulo, you will own the full hiring lifecycle across commercial, product, data, visual, and supply‑chain functions, ensuring we attract top talent to support our expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full‑cycle recruitment for all e‑commerce roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment value.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using local and global sourcing channels, headhunting, social media, and direct mapping.
• Track, analyze and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates and channel ROI to continuously improve processes.
• Enhance employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support local branding initiatives including campus recruitment, industry events and employee referral programs.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activity within Brazil’s e‑commerce and logistics sectors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Fluent English with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to bridge cultural gaps and thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Proactive ownership and a strong sense of responsibility.
